Zampogna PC has filed an amicus brief in support of a petition to the United States Supreme Court in support of Federal Judge Newman on behalf of the Washignton DC Bar Association, she was forcibly "retired" against her constitutional rights as an Article III Judge.   We await the decision.

Lt. Zabavsky only wishes to have a fair review of his actions on that tragic night.  Unfortunately, this report makes many misrepresentations in fact and law and recklessly releases confidential information.  Lt. Zabavsky is evaluating legal action based on these violations of his privacy.

 

Mr. Bromwich riddled this report with numerous mistakes and falsehoods.  For instance, he made the verifiably false claim that MPD lacked the recording of the discussion between Sutton and Zabavsky in the minutes prior to the collision; when in fact any person with knowledge of this case knows that this conversation was recorded and used during trial.

 

Everyone deserves fairness and impartiality at trial and in any audit.  Regrettably, a conflicted auditor does not deliver on this principle.

Zampogna PC has obtained a reduction of five felonies and several misdemeanors charged against his client, Mr. Linton, a special police officer,  to just two minor non-felony matters, saving his future career with no time of incarceration.

Zampogna PC has recently settled a multi-million dollar claim favorably for an international client who had guaranteed a loan for over two million dollars.

Zampogna PC is proud to announce that his client MPD Officer Lt. Zabavsky has obtained a pardon from President Trump this January 2025.  Zampogna PC agrees with MPD which has said this matter should have never been prosecuted and handled administratively.
