As a founding member of Zampogna, PC, I am personally committed overseeing all legal matters handled by my office for. I graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, both for my undergraduate studies and law school. I believe in tailoring each case to fit the unique needs of my clients. My practice primarily focuses on litigation, including appeals in both civil and criminal courts. I represent Fraternal Order of Police, law enforcement, and their supporting non-profits, as well as international clients. Having served as the President the DC Bar Association and as the Editor-in-Chief of its publication, The Journal of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia (www.badc.org),  With over 450 verdicts in state and federal cases, including both jury and non-jury, I have more than 25 appellate cases across various courts, including New York State, the nd Circuit, the DC Circuit, Federal Court of Appeals, and the 5th Circuit, well as the Supreme Court. After three decades of legal practice, I have been honored the nomination as one of "America's Best Lawyers," featured in Airlines, and have taught complex litigation at Georgetown University and Catholic Law School for over ten years. In 2020, I was recognized as a top lawyer by Law 2.0. In my free time, I enjoy motorcycle riding, skiing, and traveling. I also volunteer with the Elderly through the Legal Counsel for the Elderly in DC and run non-profit called PUppsRelief, which trains dogs for individuals suffering from.
