Pardons
Zampogna PC, has recently obtained a Presidential Pardon for one of its most highly publicized national case US v. Zabavsky et al. in DC Federal Court. The very FIRST pardon of a police officer wrongly convicted in federal court in the history of this country. We fight for all our clients with this vigor and will use every avenue available to obtain justice.

As a former prosecutor, and with recent accolades including a finalist as the US Attorney for the District of Columbia, to lead the most important office in the United States, he brings decades of experience and has added legal skill of former prosecutors to his office.
He has had several federal trials on novel obstruction of justice charges filed by the DOJ.

Appeals
The office has been a leader in appeals for decades. Starting as an appellate lawyer for the District Attorneys office in NY, Christopher Zampogna has argued and written many appeals at the state and federal level. He recently wrote and. the court adopted his reasoning in the appeal of Kellenberger in the DC Federal Court of Appeals. This decision expanded Presidential Power around the White House in Kellenberger case.
