Law Enforcement Identity

Recently, there has been a push to have the identities of law
enforcement made public. This is not necessary and even
not legal under federal law.
First, if you have an issue with law enforcement behavior
you start and can contact the agency which is always clearly
marked for them at the scene. From this point, you will
be able to find their name etc...
Second, FOIA, or freedom of information act law has specifically
made exceptions for names of law enforcement officers
due to the many threats and dangers facing their family and
loved ones. Under 5 USC Section 552, specifically sections
6, 7(c), and 7(f), call for their names not to be released if
there is a foreseeable harm they may face. This seems to
be the new political attach on law enforcement. If you wish
to read the entire whitepaper it will be discussed on my
vlog/podcast. https://youtube.com/live/oubBM_v9dcM
